News: Bebo Goes to China With the LXD

It’s official! Two things–number one: the LXD is going to China! Number 2: Jean “Bebo” Lloret from ABDC’s Phunk Phenomenon is now an LXD member!
In an interview with PacificRimVideoPress, the crew members of Phunk Phenomenon spill the details (start watching around 2:20).
No news on what the LXD is doing in China–it’s likely a performance of some kind, and there’s no mention as to the extent of Bebo’s involvement with the LXD. No matter what the case, we look forward to hearing more!

LXD Performance on Youtube Play

Performance begins at 0:52. Performers include Galen Hooks, Madd Chadd, Danny Graham, Jeremy Marinas, Sling, Nugget, Bboy Casper, Jillian Meyers, Jacqueline Ann Kreisler and Emilie Livingston. The routine was choreographed by Christopher Scott and Galen Hooks. The music is titled “Skyward Bound,” written and composed by Chris Woods, and will be available for download on iTunes soon.
Danny Graham commented on youtube that Bboy Casper had performed on an injured ankle. He writes:
@trichboyz no its not that. Casper hurt himself the day before the performance at rehearsals. He had to perform very carefully because his ankle was sprained. It was so swollen, the size of an apple
Choreographer Chris Scott was also in the audience. He shot us a tweet that reads:
@LXDInspired haha I just so happened to be in NYC and heard @thelxd was performing so I thought I would stop by! Jk so proud of all of them

LXD Set to Perform at Invisible Children Mixed Media Event

Members of the LXD and Step Up 3D cast will be performing at the Mixed Media Benefit for Invisible Children today (October 15) at the HD Buttercup Ballroom in Los Angeles. The LXD has proven to be avid supporters of Invisible Children in the past, donating portions of their profits. Confirmed dancers include popper ‘Pandora’ Medina (Autumn) and tricker Jeremy Marinas (Justin Starr).
