LXD Season 3, Episode 4 “Can’t Dance” Online

Posted by Beast575 with No Comments

I have to say that this is my favorite episode of the season so far! This installment takes us back to the present, where we are reunited with our heroes. The legendary Jamal Sims takes the reigns on both the choreography and direction this episode, and several familiar faces surface for the first time in the online series. Among them, you may recognize Step Up 2′s Mari Koda, Step Up 3′s Tamara Levinson, and Emilie Livingston, who has performed with the LXD on numerous occasions.

Video: Aja George; “Beautiful People”

Posted by Beast575 with No Comments

Aja George portrays the character of Stereo in the LXD web series. You can also catch him in the recently released movie, “Justin Bieber: Never Say Never.”

While in Japan over the last half of April, I purchased a Canon EOS 7D and decided to play around with it and learn the ins and outs. That being said, this is my first ever video that I’ve had to shoot and edit. It’s hard work, but I think the product came out great. :)

With the earthquake in Japan affecting more than just houses and cars and physical beings, the fact that they all stick together and are helping out in every way possible to rebuild really touched me, and what better song to use than this to portray the heart and integrity and beauty of the Japanese people?

“Justin Bieber: Never Say Never” Out On DVD

Posted by Beast575 with 1 Comment

Yes, “Justin Bieber: Never Say Never” is an essential for the LXD fan! I understand why you may be skeptical, but trust me–this is something you won’t want to miss! Why, you ask?

For starters, it was directed by the LXD’s writer, creator, director, and producer Jon M. Chu. He was successful in making this movie the highest-grossing concert movie in the world. The Justin Bieber movie also ranks third in the world’s highest grossing documentaries.

The film features fanboyz Straphonio “Shonnie” Solomon, Aja George, and Nick DeMoura as some of the lead dancers. And if that’s not good enough, you can spot LXD choreographer and performer Jonathan “Legacy” Perez and trickers Anis Cheurfa and Jeremy Marinas.

This DVD is chalk full of LXD goodness! Support the Legion of Extraordinary Dancers and pick up your copy today!

Video Trailer: Bryan Tanaka; The Crooks Are Coming

Posted by Beast575 with 1 Comment

Bryan Tanaka has an impressive dance history. In addition to being one of the LXD’s Umbras, he’s had the honor of working with such musical artists as Beyonce, Rihanna, and Usher, just to name a few, and has produced and starred in one of his own online dance series, The Hook vs. Bridge trilogy. Now, he’s looking to make another, entitled, “The Crooks Are Coming.” You may recognize some other LXD favorites in the video below, including Fanboy Aja George and fellow Umbra Johnny Erasme. Look for the full video to be released on March 11.
